I’m an Organizational Development coach and consultant who helps people navigate change with clarity and courage. My work focuses on understanding group dynamics, especially resistance, and creating tools, workshops, and strategies that bring order to complexity. I believe change is often messy and slow, but possible when we make space to see what’s really happening.

At Dragonfly Partners, I coach clients and help shape new approaches that deepen our practice. I’ve supported leaders and major change efforts with organizations like Greenpeace International, Fair Share Housing Center, and the Leeway Foundation. My work spans executive coaching, strategic planning, systems design, evaluation, and racial equity alignment, grounded in adaptive leadership training from the Harvard Kennedy School.

Originally from Northern Ireland, my perspective is shaped by lived experience with conflict, colonialism, and the work of building paths forward. Before Dragonfly, I held leadership roles in Belfast’s city government and a national health equity nonprofit. I’m also a writer and painter, continuing to explore a creative side discovered later in life.

I grew up on Wabanaki land in rural Maine, on a solar-powered organic homestead where I learned that each of us has a role to play in shaping a better world. My ancestors left Lithuania to escape oppression, and their resilience continues to inform my commitment to a future where all people can live with safety, dignity, and health.

For more than two decades, I’ve supported leaders and organizations through change as an organizer, facilitator, and coach. I help people navigate difficult conversations, adapt to shifting political realities, and make decisions that are transparent, inclusive, and aligned with their values. At Dragonfly Partners, I focus on helping people and organizations get unstuck across strategic, organizational, and interpersonal challenges.

Previously, I led the digital team at Greenpeace India and was an early leader at MoveOn, helping pioneer digital organizing and small-dollar fundraising across major national campaigns. I studied Religion, Jurisprudence, and Philosophy at Amherst College and serve on the advisory boards of The Organizing Center and the People’s Tech Project. I approach my work like a lifelong gardener—creating the conditions for transformation to take root and grow.

I’m a queer, white Jewish elder and a proud parent and grandparent with more than 30 years of experience as a coach, facilitator, and organizational development practitioner. Guided by a deep commitment to social justice, I support individuals and organizations in realizing their vision for a more just world, often by facilitating the challenging conversations that unlock meaningful change.

Before joining Dragonfly, I served as VP for Organizational Learning at PHI, a national healthcare advocacy organization. My work has spanned grassroots movements to Fortune 500 companies. I hold an M.Ed. from Temple University, a B.A. from the University of Cape Town, and certification in the Gestalt approach to organizational development.

Born and raised in South Africa, I became an anti-apartheid activist at a young age, shaping my lifelong commitment to racial justice. I see myself as a bridge-builder, helping people navigate difference, address inequities, and collaborate across divides.

I split my time between visits with family in Brooklyn and life in Philadelphia with my partner and our autistic daughter, who continually inspires new ways of seeing.
