Amadee is a coach, facilitator, mediator and strategist helping individuals and organizations express their full power for personal and collective transformation. She has worked inside movements for change and facilitates groups, networks, and coalitions to work through differences and find the common ground necessary to amplify their power. She combines big picture analysis with granular practicality to support organizations and alliances to map out plans for winning small fights and big campaigns with insight and wisdom.

Amadee is trained in the Transformational Intergroup Dialogue method and is a trained mediator. She has a BA in Africana Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a Graduate Certificate in Diversity Leadership from Temple University.
